warrants to the original purchaser that the scooters
or products conforms to our published description
and is free from defects in material or workmanship
for a period of 12 months from delivery. We guarantee
our vehicles from manufacture defects within the
advertised warranty period from the date you receive
your vehicle. This 12 months warranty covers all
parts necessary to restore product back to working
condition. Allnewsports.com will service your
vehicle under warranty at no additional costs
in our facility.
Where
and How will the Warranty be Honored?
Defective
warranty part(s) are required to be returned to
exchange for new replacement part(s). New replacement
part(s) under warranty will be shipped to buyer
at no additional costs. Returning your defective
part(s) will ensure we send you the correct part(s)
and assist us in monitoring and correcting potential
manufacture defects.
For your safety and the safety of your family,
any necessary assembly or maintenance is recommended
to be performed by a certified technician. There
may be unforeseen issues that require the expertise
and knowledge of a trained professional. These
issues include, but not limited to: electrical
connections that have become disconnected in shipping,
vacuum or fuel hose(s) dislodged in shipping and
Loose nuts and bolts in need of tightening. While
these issues are normally very simple to correct,
most being a simple re-connection, they can be
a nuisance and very difficult to troubleshoot
without the proper knowledge. Our first concern
at Allnewsports.com is your safety and satisfaction.
These vehicles will be driven at high speeds and
by children in some cases. These concerns are
better preserved by having your vehicle properly
assembled and inspected by a professional mechanic
prior to use. Many local dealers will charge a
dealer prep and assembly fee to validate the factory
warranty. This is ensure that your vehicle is
properly assembled and adjusted so that you can
safely enjoy your vehicle. When we sell online,
we do not charge our customers a dealer prep and
assembly fee so that they can have that service
done locally when you get your vehicle. We ship
the vehicle brand new in the factory crate and
some assembly is required. Vehicles are generally
90% assembled out of the crate and requires a
professional mechanic to assemble and prep. This
includes changing all fluids in the vehicle such
as motor oil, gear oil and radiator fluid. Also
connecting the fuel line or any other lines that
may become loose during shipping. It is also require
to have properly inflated tires and proplery adjusted
carburetor. These
vehicles also requires a break-in period of normally
100 miles. During break-in, the vehicle is to
not exceed 3/4 throttle and it is good to alternate
the speeds. Make sure to check all bolts and nuts
that may become loose due to engine vibration.
It is also a good thing to charge the battery

and Exclusions to Coverage Applicable to All Above
Warranties
This
Limited Warranty Excludes:
- Shipping
cost
- Compensation
for inconveneince or loss of use.
- Any
consequential or incidental damges, such as
the cost of a rental car, loss of income, towing
charges, telephone calls, property damage, or
legal fee and costs.
- The
cost of third party labor and any additional
parts required to remove the defective parts
and to complete installation of a replacement
part.
- Filter
- Hoses
- Lubricants
- Gaskets
- Standard
wear and tear: plastic parts & components
(color coordinated housings, etc.) brakes, brakes
handles, seats, lights, belts, tires and batteries.
(manufacturer only provides stater batteries)
- Extreme
riding, racing or competition
- Use
as a commercial or rental vehicle
- Loss
of time without motorcycle
- Vandalism,
fire or theft
- Crash
or accident
- Unauthorized
outside repair
- Labor
is free if you send your vehicle to our warehouse
facility for repair
- Warranty
does not cover or reimburse any outside labor
charges
- Warranty
does not cover any towing or shipping charges
to and from
You
may extend your factory warranty on your vehicle
by purchasing the following: (please see your
vehicle description for factory warranty periods).
- All
wholesale vehicles for resale and not personal
use will only have a 30 day limited warranty
from Allnewsports. Dealers may go through the
manufactuer directly for the factory warranty.

This
written and implied warranty is the buyer’s
exclusive remedy for any defect or breach of warranty.
Some states do not allow limitation on how long
an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages,
so the above limitations or exclusions may not
apply to you. This warranty give you specific
legal rights, and you may also have other rights
which vary from state to state.
This
warranty is in addition to the implied warranty
of merchantability and in no way is an attempt
to limit any remedy the buyer may have under the
law for breach of the implied warranty of merchantability.
Return
Policy:
The
following are our Return Policy Agreement:

Obtain
a Return Merchandise Authorization Number
(RMA) from our Customer Service Department.
Any vehicles returned without an RMA number
will not be accepted. A copy of your original
invoice must be included in a return shipment.
Customers are responsible for returning the
merchandise at their own expense. Freight
collect and COD packages will not be accepted.
This request must be in writing via email.

Vehicle must be returned in it’s original
packaging within 7 days in re-sellable condition.

Vehicle must not be assembled, fueled or used
in any way. Fueled vehicles contain gasoline
which is hazardous and due to safety precautions,
freight companies will not ship any vehicles
containing flammable materials.

This return policy does not apply to vehicles
that have had alterations, abuse, negligence,
accidents or have not received proper maintenance.

All packaging materials, instruction manuals
and parts must be returned. Any missing parts
or damages will be deducted from your refund
amount.

Shipping expenses is not refundable nor reimbursed
for any reason. Buyer is responsible for ALL
freight charges including the first shipment
and return shipment. Note:
All vehicles with free shipping means the
shipping cost was included in the price of
the vehicle at time of purchase. Original
first shipment freight cost will be deducted
from your refund.

Due to health and personal hygiene concerns,
all clothing and helmets are non refundable.
